Caroline Karlsson is currently in her 3rd year of the medical program at Uppsala University. Since the beginning of 2022, she’s been actively involved with IIMC in Uppsala. With years of experience in non-profit association work, including being part of founding EMSA Uppsala, Caroline has played a crucial role in various initiatives. During the summer of 2023, she had the incredible opportunity to visit Kolkata, India, and gain a close insight into the project. Back home after a month in India, she was filled with inspiration and chose to, together with her friends, get involved in the board of MAHCA. She’s truly looking forward to contributing and being part of creating a positive and meaningful impact through MACHA’s work.
